To make it easier for you to manage services, we have implemented an exclusively online reservation system through our workshop calendar or through messages on our WhatsApp. This decision allows us to focus fully on each job, ensuring the quality that distinguishes us.
At Caravaning Benicarló, we recognize that each service has its particularities, which is why we offer three specialized calendars to adapt to your needs:
Repair Schedule:
Exclusively for repairs, lasting 2 hours per appointment. Appointments available on Mondays at 10:00 and 12:00, Wednesdays at 10:00 and 12:00 and Fridays at 10:00.
Installation Calendar:
Designed for installations, with availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00. There is no limit on hours; we take the full day to guarantee the quality of the work.
Urgent Repair Schedule:
Intended for repairs that must be carried out as soon as possible. It offers special availability on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m., and on Fridays at 12:00 p.m. Please note that this service has a special X2 price due to its urgent nature.
Reservation System:

- Repair Schedule: For reservations on this schedule, we require an advance payment of €75. This amount will be considered as part of the final invoice.
Within 24 business hours after receiving payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to discuss the specific details of the repair.
Cancellation: If this occurs at least 48 hours in advance of the agreed day and time (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), a full refund of the amount paid will be made. If it occurs with less notice, we reserve the right to charge all or part of the part paid in advance.
Price: The price will be invoiced at a rate of €75/hour with 15 minute fractions starting at minute 30.
If the total cost of the job exceeds the amount paid in advance, the difference will be paid upon completion of the job, and if less, it will be refunded to the customer upon completion of the job.

Within 24 business hours of receiving payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to discuss the specific details of the installation, including types, prices and times. This process may involve requesting specific materials and rescheduling the appointment due to material availability.
On some occasions, an in-person appointment may be needed to view the vehicle and specify the installation in more detail.
If an agreement is reached on installation, advance payment for materials will be required.
If an agreement on the installation is not reached, the amount paid in advance will be paid. We reserve the right to invoice €30 for management.
Price: The price will be stipulated based on the installation and the hours for it and will be notified to the client within 24 hours of booking the appointment. This may be a closed price or an open hourly price depending on the type of installation.

It is important to note that the prices mentioned are exclusively for labor. If products, accessories or other materials are needed during the work, these will be invoiced separately.
The final invoice will be adjusted based on the duration and requirements of the job. Any difference in the amount will be resolved upon completion of the service.
Agreement Details: If, for any reason, no agreement is reached during the post-payment discussion in the case of the installation schedule, the price paid will be refunded to the customer.
Possible Appointment Relocation: Occasionally, the appointment day may need to be relocated due to material availability. In cases where the necessary material is not in stock and a special order must be placed, there may be delays. We are committed to informing you in advance of any changes to the appointment date due to these circumstances.
